Mark Heflin is the Director of American Illustration and American Photography (AI-AP), the leading juried annuals of contemporary commercial and fine art illustration and photography. AI-AP also produces the Latin American Fotografía and Ilustracion annual book and traveling exhibit along with the International Motion Art Awards show. Under Mark’s direction the AI-AP books have been recognized by the Art Directors Club, British Design and Art Direction, One Show, AIGA 50 Books/50 Covers, Society of Illustrators, Print Magazine, Communication Arts and I.D. Magazine. He is also the Executive Director of ICON The Illustration Conference, a non-profit organization that produces a biannual, national conference for the illustration and graphic arts industry.

Jeffrey Roberts is the Publisher of Amilus Inc., the company that oversees the juried competitions for American Photography and American Illustration and has published the stunning hard-cover annuals for over 30 years. He, along with Mark Heflin, is the driving force behind expanding Amilus’s annual competitions by adding the Latin American photography and illustration and International Motion projects.
